The problem
Running a fleet is hard. It shouldn’t be this hard.
Each one is a gap between two tools that were never built to talk to each other.
Disconnected tools
Dispatch here, compliance there, billing somewhere else. Nothing reconciles.
Manual work
Hours lost to spreadsheets, re-typing the same load, and follow-up calls.
Compliance risk
A medical card expires and nobody notices until the roadside does.
No real-time visibility
The customer asks where the truck is and dispatch has to go and find out.
Slow payments
The load delivered on Tuesday and the invoice still has not gone out.

The solution
One load. Start to finish.
Booked, dispatched, tracked, delivered, paid — one record the whole way, with nothing retyped between the steps.
Sample data throughout.
01 · Booked
The rate confirmation becomes the load.
Drop the rate con in and the load exists: shipper, lane, rate, stops, dates. Nobody retypes it into a second system, so there is no second version of it to go wrong.
Booked
FF-4012802 · Dispatched
The board refuses the dispatch that would cost you.
Assign a truck and the system checks what a dispatcher cannot hold in their head: registration, inspection, the driver's medical card, the hours already burned this cycle.
Dispatched
FF-4012803 · In transit
The driver app carries the load, not the margin.
The driver sees the stops, the directions and the paperwork they owe. They never see the rate or the margin, because a phone left in a truck stop is not a place for either.
In transit
FF-4012804 · Delivered
The POD lands in the load, not in a camera roll.
The driver photographs the paperwork and it attaches to the load itself. The load is not billable until it is there, so nothing quietly delivers and then sits uninvoiced for three weeks.
Delivered
FF-4012805 · Billed & settled
One engine computes revenue, pay and margin.
The invoice, the driver settlement and the P&L are three views of the same arithmetic. They cannot drift apart between screens, because there is only one calculation.
Billed & settled
FF-40128Booked
FF-40128One record created. Everything after this reads it.
The fix is structural
Stop integrating.
Start with one record.
Dispatch, safety, maintenance and money are not separate products here, so there is nothing between them to integrate, break, or pay a second vendor to reconcile.
Sample data
Four readers, four different questions, no integration between them — because there is nothing to integrate. They are reading the same row.
Dispatch
A board that blocks a duplicate load number and warns before a truck goes out on lapsed registration.
Fuel & IFTA
The cheapest diesel on the lane you are actually running, from the prices your own fuel file carries — then the quarter's IFTA filed from the truck's own miles and gallons.
Load board search
DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard in one query. Duplicates merged, ranked by which of your trucks can cover them.
Dispatch planner
Every driver against every day, with the hours clock one click away.
Safety & DQ files
Offboard a driver once and they leave the DQ file, the testing pool and every headcount at the same moment.
Maintenance
PM by date and odometer. A missing reading is reported, never guessed.
Billing & settlements
One engine computes revenue, cost, driver pay and margin, so the load, the statement and the P&L agree.
Recruiting
A pipeline that becomes the DQ file instead of being retyped into it.
Driver app
Android and iOS, every driver, included. Rates and margins never reach the device.
Everything in the box
One TEZIFY login runs the whole company.
Not a dispatch tool you bolt four other subscriptions onto. 19 parts of the job, built on the same record, so a load booked on Monday is the same load your accountant bills on Friday.
Move the freight
Book it, cover it, watch it run.
Keep it legal
The file is ready before anyone asks for it.
Get paid
Bill the day it delivers, and know the margin.
Keep it running
Trucks maintained, seats filled, rates checked.
Every part above is included on every TEZIFY plan. You pay for trucks, not for seats or for modules, so adding your safety manager or your bookkeeper costs nothing. See how each part works.
One search, every board
Stop keeping four load boards open.
DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard answer one query. The same load posted to three boards is merged into one row, and what is left is ranked against the trucks you actually have sitting empty — not against everything moving in America.
- Duplicates merged across boards, so you are not quoting the same load twice
- Ranked by which of your trucks can cover it, with the deadhead already counted
- Save a search and get told when something matching shows up
- Book it and it becomes a load — no retyping into a second system
Each board is reached with your own account and credentials.

Fuel & IFTA
Diesel is bought wherever the truck happens to stop.
Where you fill is a tax decision, not a convenience one — and nobody makes it at 2am on the shoulder. Tezify plans the buy before the truck rolls, from the prices your own fuel file carries.
- Tank-aware: only stops the truck can actually reach on what is in it
- Your contract price when the file carries one, retail when it does not
- IFTA filed from the truck's own miles and gallons, not a spreadsheet
- A fill bigger than the tank, or a price far above your own fleet median, is flagged for a look
No price file for a lane? It says so. It will not model you a number.
Diesel excise per gallon, from the tax table the product ships. Position along the lane is estimated, so a plan is a shortlist to confirm — not a dispatch instruction.
Within tank range, and the last cheap-tax state before the lane turns expensive.
Reachable, but Illinois taxes diesel 56.9¢/gal above Oklahoma on this table.
Why trust the numbers
Anyone can demo a pretty dispatch board.
The difference between software that demos well and software you can run a company on is whether the money is right. Every consequential calculation here lives in an isolated, tested module, so revenue, driver pay and margin come from one place and cannot drift apart between screens.
Two questions for your current vendor
- How many automated tests cover your settlement calculation?
- What happens to my data when your document store is briefly unreachable?
Built in production first
This ran a working fleet before it was ever sold. The dispatch flow matches how the job is actually done, not how a software company imagines it.

How it compares
Three ways to run a fleet. Only one of them keeps the numbers together.
You are choosing between three ways of working. A spreadsheet and a phone will run a small fleet, and separate tools each do their own job well. Here is the honest difference when the week gets busy.
| What you need | Spreadsheet and phone | Separate tools | TEZIFY |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where a load lives | A tab per week, and whoever has it open wins | In the dispatch tool, and re-typed into the others | One record every screen reads from |
| Getting an invoice out | Re-typed from the rate con into an invoice template | Exported, imported, reconciled at month end | Bill the delivered load with its paperwork attached |
| Driver pay | A second spreadsheet that has to agree with the first | A payroll tool fed by hand | Built from the same numbers as the invoice |
| Paperwork from the cab | Texted photos, saved by whoever sees them | A separate driver app with its own login | Photographed in the app, filed against the load |
| Being ready for an audit | A folder somebody rebuilds the week before | Pulled from three systems and stapled together | The file is assembled as the work happens |
| Adding your bookkeeper | Share the sheet and hope | Another seat, on every subscription | A login, at no extra cost |
| What you pay for | Nothing, until it costs you a load | Per seat, per tool, every month | Trucks. That is the only thing that scales |
In fairness
A specialist tool is usually better at its one job than any part of a suite, and a spreadsheet is free and fast when you run three trucks. What neither gives you is the handover: the load, the paperwork, the invoice and the pay all being the same record. That is the only thing TEZIFY claims to do better. Compared with specific systems.

Straight answers
What people ask on the first call.
If something here is not answered, ask us directly and you will get the same plain answer. Talk to TEZIFY.
Is Tezify TMS built for US carriers?
Yes. It is built around how a US fleet actually runs: DOT paperwork, DVIRs, driver qualification files, IFTA by state, rate confirmations and broker invoicing. Miles, gallons and money are all in US units, and the calendar follows your company's own time zone.
Do I have to pay for every person who logs in?
No. You pay for trucks. Your dispatchers, safety manager, bookkeeper and mechanic all get their own login at no extra cost, because the number of people looking at a load is not what grows your business.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Up to 3 trucks is free, with every module included. It is the same software, not a cut-down trial, so what you test is what you would run.
Does it handle IFTA?
Yes. Miles by state and fuel purchases by state are recorded as the work happens, so the quarterly return is assembled from what already exists instead of being rebuilt from receipts at the deadline.
Can drivers send in the BOL and POD from their phone?
Yes. The driver app takes the photo in the cab and files it against the load, so the paperwork is attached to the invoice before anybody asks for it. Drivers get the load, the stops and directions in the same app.
Does it replace my ELD?
No, and it should not. Keep the ELD you already run. Tezify reads hours of service and truck location from it, so dispatch can see who has hours left without a second device in the cab.
What happens to my invoicing and driver pay?
Both come from the same load record. A delivered load is billed with its paperwork attached, and driver settlement is built from those same numbers, so an invoice and a settlement cannot quietly disagree about what a load was worth.
How long does it take to get started?
You can create a load on the first day. Bring drivers, trucks and open loads in as you go rather than stopping the business to migrate: the system is useful with one load in it.
Every week you wait costs
money you cannot see.
A load delivered and never invoiced. A margin that was wrong before you quoted it. A truck dispatched on a medical card that expired last Tuesday. None of it shows up as a line item, which is exactly why it survives quarter after quarter.
Put three trucks on it this week. Not a trial, not a sandbox: your real loads, your real drivers, free and permanently at that size. If it does not hold up, you have lost nothing but an afternoon.
